(01) Background

I approached TEDx MollaSadraSt as a modular build: I locked in a clear visual system per TEDx guidelines and scaled it everywhere. I set a limited color palette, established a clear hierarchy of font sizes and weights, and built a simple grid to ensure every asset—from posters to billboards—matched and was easy to produce. Tight timelines and mixed teams led me to create precise technical instructions and reusable templates, so anyone could export finished design files without losing consistency. I built layouts for Farsi (FA) and English (EN) from the start to simplify copy switches.

(02) The Process

The unique angle: on-site visuals shaped the story, not just signage. The logo wall encouraged shareable photos, wayfinding served as messaging, and motion-friendly templates previewed the stage look. Minimal colors and high-contrast type handled varied lighting. The result: a calm, cohesive experience that surpassed the budget. Feedback highlighted the clarity and polish; unified photos looked great across platforms. I’m proud the design worked off-screen, smoothing the event and strengthening the story.
